💸 BasedSwap's Website Fee = 2% on Bridge and 0.2% on Swaps

BasedSwap takes a 2% fee on all bridge and 0.2% on all swap transactions, collected into the BasedSwap treasury.

From the bridge fees, 1.5% of the 2% collected is rewarded to token holders, while 0.5% is kept by the treasury. For the swap fee, the full 0.2% is kept by the treasury.
